OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Pro Gamersware USA, Inc., 15642 Sand Canyon, Irvine, CA 92619, USA (“Sponsor”).
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on June 29, 2026, and ends at 9:00 a.m. PT on July 13, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by either of the following methods:
a) Purchase Entry
Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry upon making a qualifying purchase through the applicable online store during the Promotion Period.
b) Free Entry
Eligible participants may enter without making a purchase by subscribing to Sponsor’s newsletter through the designated sign-up form during the Promotion Period.
Entry Limit
Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) gift card with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of USD $150.
Prizes consist of:
· Three (3) HAVN gift cards valued at USD $150 each
Total ARV of all prizes: USD $450.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will be conducted on or about fourteen (14) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
7. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
8. Data Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment.
Participants who separately opt in to receive marketing communications may also receive promotional emails from Sponsor.

9. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other costs associated with acceptance and use of a prize.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, state, and prize information for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
11. Release of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable entries, emails, or communications, or for technical failures of any kind.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
This Sweepstakes and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. All disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of any class action.
14. Winners List
Sponsor may publish the first name, last initial, and state of residence of winners upon request and as permitted by applicable law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
